Artur Rydosz, President of the Board of Directors, is a PhD engineer in the discipline of automation, electronics and electrical engineering, a professor of engineering and technical sciences, a research and development worker at the Stanisław Staszic University of Science and Technology in Krakow and a Project Manager at Advanced Diagnostic Equipment sp. z o.o., of which he is a shareholder, and served there as Vice President of the Board of Directors from April 2020 to April 2024.

Mikołaj Dyzio, Vice President of the Management Board, graduated with a Bachelor in Management from Leon Kozminski University in Warsaw.
