On October 18, an open presentation of our latest project, Cardio Breath, was held at the Raffles Europejski Hotel in Warsaw. The event opened a new chapter in the history of Advanced Medical Equipment S.A., showing how the technology we have developed in the field of diabetes can revolutionize cardiology.
The chairman of the board of directors of our company – prof. Ph. Eng. Artur Rydosz presented the project’s technology. Dr. Pawel Kacprzak, a cardiologist and internal medicine specialist, presented its medical capabilities, while Dr. n. med. Michal Mączewski – a specialist in internal medicine – presented the first laboratory results.
We want to develop a portable exhaled air analyzer to assess the severity of heart failure symptoms by determining specific biomarkers. What’s more, the device will be able to warn of deterioration even before symptoms requiring hospitalization appear.
Cardio Breath shows how our previous experience in diabetes can be successfully transferred to other areas of medicine, opening up new possibilities.
We encourage you to read the full presentation of the project available in video form. The material details the technology and its potential to revolutionize the future of monitoring heart failure patients.
